Giselle Campbell

Giselle joined the firm in 2021 immediately following her graduation from the Norman Manley Law School and subsequent admission to the Jamaican Bar.  As an Associate in the Litigation Department she works directly with the firm’s partner, Carlene Larmond, Q.C.

Giselle holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She graduated from the Norman Manley Law School on the Principal’s Honour Roll and as the Most Outstanding Student Over Two Years (2019-2021). She also received the prizes for best performance in Civil Procedure and Practice over two years, as well as 14 other prizes covering a range of areas of study.

She has been closely involved in major civil litigation lending critical research support and appearing as junior counsel to Queen’s Counsel Carlene Larmond and other leading counsel in several practice areas.  These include complex commercial litigation, in the areas of construction, banking and unprecedented insolvency proceedings, notable constitutional claims under The Charter of Rights, in arbitration and mediation.

Luke Browne

Luke began his career with the firm in 2020 and is an Associate in Corporate Finance working with the firm’s Senior Partner Trevor Patterson on Banking and Capital Market transactions.

Luke’s practice has seen him acting as lead Associate on several significant commercial transactions including financing & security arrangements, listings on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, bond offerings and corporate restructurings. He is involved in preparing loan security documentation and various closing opinions in cross border lending. He also serves as an important team member in a variety of commercial transactions including management buy-outs, the formation of collective investment schemes, and due diligence exercises for commercial transactions ranging from local acquisitions to multijurisdictional corporate takeovers. Luke also offers critical research skills and has provided opinions on a number of key areas of law including Banking, Data Protection, Employment, and Microfinance.

Safiya Kelly

Safiya was admitted to practice in Jamaica in January 2020 and joined the firm in March 2020 as an Associate in the Corporate / Commercial Department. She currently works under the supervision of one of our partners, Lynda Mair.

 Since commencing her practice with PMH Safiya has worked with various teams in the firm on a series of corporate commercial transactions including structured financing deals, mergers and acquisitions. She is involved regularly in compliance matters for transactions involving the issue of securities with the Jamaica Stock Exchange Junior and Main Markets as well as corporate governance and data protection reviews for listed clients. Safiya provides strong support to her supervising Partner on corporate/commercial transactions, conveyancing and probate matters and real estate developments for residential housing solutions.

Natalya Kitchin

Natalya was admitted to practice in Jamaica in January 2020 and began her career with the firm in 2019 as an Associate in Corporate Finance with the firm’s Senior Partner, Trevor Patterson.

Natalya has acted as both junior and lead Associate in a number of structured financing transactions, bond offerings (local and international), Initial Public Offers, listings on the Main Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange, corporate taxation , and corporate restructurings including schemes of arrangements. She also has experience carrying out due diligence exercises for a wide range of corporate transactions, including local and international mergers and acquisitions, insurance-related matters, and collective investment schemes.  In other areas, Natalya’s work also extends to employment law and trademark law, as well as the review of corporate policies on sexual harassment and data protection for several different clients.

She is fluent in French and proficient in German.

Leah Singh

Leah was admitted to practice in Jamaica in May 2019 and began her career with the firm after completing a Master of Laws degree with a concentration in Business Law at University of Toronto in July 2019.

Leah is an Associate with the firm’s Commercial Department. During her practice, she has been lead Associate representing local and overseas clients in various corporate transactions, including finance, acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings. Leah has experience in regulatory compliance and general corporate law, including drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements. She has also advised clients on employment matters, including the work permit application process.
